• Customer Care Service SalusBank® (CCS).• Emergency Call Center (ICE).• CCS SalusBank®: CSS will answer his call and will help the user in the SB operations’ accomplishment if the user needs information about files’ recording or up date, and also about the extrapolation and consulting service about personal informations and recorded health documents. The CCS will book the instance.

It’s the driver all the operations reguarding the user. Your ID codes shown on your card enables the user to be identified by emergency responders by a call to ICE. Ice relays your key medical facts to emergency responders, medical centers and hospitals, so that you can receive safer treatments for your health conditions and avoid bad reactions. ICE sends medical informations and documentation to medical centers and hospital per fax, e-mail and sms, in order to save your life always under privacy’s respect.
