What is SalusBank ™?
SalusBank ™ is the first Heath Database.


How does SalusBank ™ work?
In case of emergency, hospital admission or unconscious state the medical personnel can access to your clinical folder to provide you with correct treatment and suitable medicines.


Why should I become a member of SalusBank ™?

Joining to SalusBank ™ what else can I get?
SalusBank ™ services for customers are the following:
  • Emergency SMS In case of exigency, the Emergency SMS enables the aider receiving, on his mobile phone, the key health information about the patient registered to SalusBank, both in Italy and abroad.
  • Emergency Task Force Should an emergency occur the ETF will immediately activate the procedure to get all the clinical information necessary for your medical treatment. Then, in accordance with privacy policy, the information will be sent via short message system to the mobile that sent the require.
  • Customer Service Centre The CSC will provide you with phone assistance about all the Salus procedures; customers may ask the operator any kind of information about SalusBank ™.
  • Family notice SalusBank ™ notify your family of your clinical situation. You are never alone!
  • Online update system At any time you can modify, clean or add new personal information to your clinical folder.
  • Privacy policy - We have provided this privacy policy statement to let you know how we collect, use and protect your information when you visit our web site and when you generally use our products and services. No unauthorized access to your folder will be permitted.
  • Confidential document You can also store your Will in the personal folder.
Is my clinical folder safe from improper use?

How do I “store” my clinical data?
You will be able to store new details whenever you want by visiting our web site (with a personal computer) and following the instructions.

Are my clinical data correct?
SalusBank™ doesn’t control the rightness about personal information registered by users in the reserved area, as consequence it doesn’t assumes any kind of responsibility and it doesn’t furnishes any guarantees about it.
Being sure about health data correctness is a User’s duty.


When is it possible to record my personal clinical information?
SalusBank will provide to create your personal User ID and your Password after your registration and the payment of your subscription. Your personal ID User and Password are necessary to enter in your Database and store or change my personal data.

Are clinical data really stored in my personal folder?
Your ID username and password are generated by our Security System. All users can open their own folder only.

Can I get a compact disk copy of my folder?
Simply asking the Customer Service Centre you can get a CD copy of your folder. SalusBank ™ will send it to you by confidential mail with a 6 to 12 months abstract.

Can I change my password and my user ID?
You can change free you password any time you want. To change your ID username you need a new Salus card (pay service).

Can I switch subscription after my registration?
The subscription lasts one year and has to be renewed before the expiration date. At the time of the renewal you can switch it with another kind of SalusBank™ product.

I loose my SB Card: what happens?
In case of theft or loss of your SB Card call immediately the Customer Service Centre to “lock” your account. SalusBank ™ will soon issue a new account for you.
