SalusBank ® is developed in compliance with the Privacy Code!
The current Italian legislation governing the privacy (D.Lgs196/2003) and the fulfillment of these rules ensures that the procedures implemented by SalusBank ® should also apply in countries different from Italy. In order to enroll in SalusBank® is necessary to sign the consent for the processing of sensitive data.
• Purpose of data treatment :
With the consent given by the user directly, personal data are treated as part of normal activities of SalusBank ® solely for the provision of information services relating to data entered in the online personal file record. No other person can see or receive data except with the user authorization or through entering personal user codes.
• Method of data treatment:
In relation to the purposes above described, the processing of personal data is carried out using manual, computerized and telematic tools strictly related to the purposes above to ensure the security and privacy of the data (especially with regard to the case of using techniques of distance communication).
The data access is allowed only to the user and to people by him authorized.
