The yearly subscription has to be renewed on time to be available.
In case of non-paying within seven days from the expiration date, the subscription will lapse and the user won’t have access to his data anymore.
Within the next thirty days, SalusBank will send to the consumer a cd-rom containing user’s clinical data and will delete all the digital and papery documentations the consumer has recorded until that moment.
In this way SalusBank ensures that all personal and medical data recorded will remain secure and confidential even after the subscription’s expiration.

	SB BASIC Permits the recording of identifying information therapies and allergies.
	SB ONE Thereto the information above, permits the recording of other fields such as therapies and ops.
	SB PLUS Completed clinical data recording, uploading of x-ray films, checkup and reports included.
	SB FAMILY Completed clinical data recording, permits the management of clinical data about all the family.
	SB BABY SB Plus dedicated to all the children until 12 years old.
	SB SENIOR SB Plus version dedicated to the people over 60 years old.
